GOTO24J is likely associated with the W1=8.08 mag galaxy NGC 4216 in the gladeplus_galaxies, lasr_agn catalogs (130.15” away). Probability of connection 95.404% – host is at 1.9 Mpc (z=0.0004+/-0.0007), implying a transient absolute magnitude of -11.04 and sky-projected offset of 1.22 kpc. This transient is spatially coincident with the cluster Virgo cluster (20.0 Mpc)
