GOTO162954.70+233141.40 is likely synonymous with the B=17.62 mag galaxy HyperLEDA 1688948 in the gladeplus_galaxies, ps1_stackobjectview_minimal catalogs (1.99” away). Probability of connection 99.997% – host is at 204.4 Mpc (z=0.0446+/-0.0013), implying a transient absolute magnitude of -18.33 and sky-projected offset of 1.80 kpc. This transient is spatially coincident with the cluster ZwCl 7951
