GOTO140304.59+085652.93 is likely synonymous with the POSS-R=10.50 mag active galactic nucleus CGCG 74-64 in the gladeplus_galaxies, milliquas catalogs (2.71” away). Probability of connection 99.998% – host is at 103.7 Mpc (z=0.0230+/-0.0007), implying a transient absolute magnitude of -16.90 and sky-projected offset of 1.30 kpc. This transient is spatially coincident with the clusters ACO 1850 (479.0 Mpc), ZwCl 6458
